I am Tamil Nadu, southern India and i came across your project for translating, recording high quality MP3 files for IVR services and i also gone through the attachments PDF files. It seems to be easy to me since i am Native speaker of Tamil and also my mother tongue and land is also Tamil. Your requirements is translation service, typing those text into document and then to record the voice in tamil with high quality MP3 files. That's it. Am i right. Bid price is entered for sake, it will be reduced for affortable price after seeing a reply from you via message. Actually there are some doubts to be cleared before accepting project. Some are 1) Is there any specific gender for the IVR voices 2) dead line and project timings. 3) Only recording audio or also want to do post production
