Soccer First Touch Training Machine

I have played soccer all my life and my kids are now playing. Something I have noticed over the years is the importance of the first touch in soccer. Those players with a great first touch seem to have more confidence in their abilities and much more fun! We need someone to design a soccer machine that anyone can use to help them improve their first touch, then we are going to find a company to manufacture the machine. We think the machine we be able to give kids a weeks worth of touches in only a few minutes.
Some of the attributes we think the machine needs to have are listed below. Any input you may have is welcome.
Precise, repeatable deliveries
Can vary and customize the speed, location, spin and time interval of deliveries.
Delivery of balls can be programmed to be the same, customized or random. Haven't decided how progamming should be done, ie smartphone, on machine etc. Suggestions?
Ball Size - haven't decided if we will use only a certain size ball or make for all sizes.
Max Speed of Delivery - 50 mph
Portable - On wheels, handle to pull, collapses to fit in the trunk of a car.
Battery charge to last around 1, 000 balls
Electric charging capability
Ball Hopper - Store up to 20 balls, expands upwards when in use, collapses when not in use.
The machine should be able to be manufactured at a reasonable price.
