League of Legends Custom skin creator Needed

Hi guys,
Only interested in someone that is able to Create custom skins for League of Legends Champions.
What I'm after is custom skins for Riven and Yasuo. I have both the models I want to be changed too (in the attachment) only problem being is applied to the wrong champion (Master Yi).
What I need you to do is to find a way to Take the models attached (Akame/Shana) applied to Mastery Yi, and change it to Riven/Yasuo. (Akame being Riven and Shana being Yasuo).
The base skins of Riven/Yasuo that need to be changed are:
Riven: Dragonblade
Yasuo: Demonblade
Also for the Riven ultimate since it summons a new Blade, that remodelled to the same blade just changes colour like to a blood red or something along those lines.
The Master Yi Akame is a .wxy file and am unsure how to open and edit it but have done it before in the past and is possible.
The Master Yi Shana is already uncompressed and all needed files are there.
I have also attached an extra which is Redeemed Riven on my attempt to change it myself and failed.
Only accept project if you know you can do it please and understand what I'm on about and guarantee it can be done asap. It is generally a very easy project and is not hard to figure out.
You will need to get the Original files of Riven/Yasuo yourself as I'm having problems with software.
$100 max for this project, is not a hard task at all. Can be done in less than an hour with the right skills.
