EDM Music festival concept design; 3d designs and video and marketing/graphic design -- 3

If you are passionate about the world of EDM and Music Festivals then this project might be interesting for you! Before moving forward, you need to know about music festivals like Tomorrowland and Djs like Martin Garrix. I want to pitch the idea of a new concept for a music festival with camping that's as good (or Better) as Tomorrowland but smaller, more unique, more intimate, and more exclusive designed for Martin Garrix and his record Label (STMPD records) to promote their music and connect with their fans like no festival has done it before with creative and unique ideas. You will have the job of capturing the magic of my vision and visualize it so anyone can easily see my vision. Unfortunately, my budget is a bit small as I am funding it myself but hopefully this project excites you to work in it and if it gets picked maybe we can do great things in this field. Some of the ideas include: Martin gives a DJ lesson the first day and by the last day, he produces a song with his fans, shoots music video ..etc second day will be a huge bonfire with martin at the beach where he plays chilled music and talk with his fans... you will be given more information about all those ideas later. The location will be at a beach near Amsterdam, you will be given the google earth location and you will have to design the whole concept in that area and the video could start with holland map and zooming into the location and then entering the festival and the campground. The deliverables will include the following: 1- 3d Visualisation(of both the festival and the campground): 3D renders of the facilities Transforming the google earth location to 3d Stage and facilities design 3D promotional video 3D Virtual map to be embedded in the website The interior design of festival and facilities 2- Marketing material Pitch template Festival Visual Identity Profiles, timetable, and ads for the DJs and activities involved Involve the potential sponsors in the concept Merchandising, booths, etc ( you just need to represent all the revenue streams Simple Wix website or similar If you have any ideas on how to present it a different way then I am flexible. All I want it talent and creativity, I want you to be passionate about the field and for us to work together in this where I will share valuable resources with you and work with you to support you. You will also be expected to do a lot of research about music festivals and best practices
