*Create 3D geometry (with solid works). Generate an assembly (*.sldasm file type) composed by 2 parts(*.sldprt file type)
*It must be solid type (with thickness) however these parts can be created either solid or surfaces.
* Overall dimensions of 3D model must be fulfilled according Sketches provided.

* Both parts must fit one each other
*Total weight (MB) of assembly (including parts) must be not over 8 MB.
*Designer must apply his/her mechanical design knowledge and guarantee technical feasibility of the parts.
*Design must be optimized for being manufactured by vacuum casting.
*Some surfaces can be softer if it’s need, but always keeping visual from real model.
*A final 3d geometry will be sent to the customer in order to get the approval, then it can begin construction of master part and molds.
*We need a fist prototype serie of 10 units (assembly)
