3d artist: create DAZ3D Genesis8 Character Morphs and Textures based on photo reference that will be provided later

I have a library of photographs of a girl and am seeking someone to create character shapes (full body including face) and high resolution textures for Genesis8 characters for DAZ studio. Image will be provided later . Work process will be to first do the head & face, then move on to the body, with milestones corresponding. Previous, demonstrable experience required.
