RESIDENTIAL BUILDING PROJECT ATTN: Designers, Architects, and/or Engineers Looking to have residential buildings designed in 2-D illustrations as well as 3-D renderings of the interior and exterior designs. These buildings are to be constructed from concrete slabs (not block), designed to be Hurricane Proof with a Modern/Contemporary Design in line with High End style and finishes. The buildings should make the best use of Natural Light without the excessive use of Glass elements. Please provide fully furnished interior design and exterior accents. Description: Building #1 • 3 Story Apartment Building • 4 – One Bedroom/One Bath units per floor, for a total of 12 apartments in the building. • Each apartment to have an interior area of 850 sq.ft. • Fully equipped kitchen, living space, bedroom and bath • Each apartment to have its own private balcony/patio space – not to be included in the 850 sq.ft. • No elevators Building #2 • 3 Story Apartment Building • 2 – Two Bedroom/ Two Bath units per floor, for a total of 6 apartments in the building. • Each apartment to have an interior area of 1,300 sq.ft. • Fully equipped kitchen, living space, bedrooms and baths • Each apartment to have its own private balcony/patio space – not to be included in the 1,300 sq.ft. • No elevators Design style and architecture is open to artistic/creative capabilities. The most favored design will be chosen and continually worked with to modify and customize until final satisfaction and completion.
