Autocad/ect - Add cutouts to enclosure with included step file

I need three square holes put into a step model file for an enclosure (file attached). There is a 1.6mm circuit board which screws down to the mounting bosses in the enclosures lid and so the height of the 3 holes needs to be properly aligned at that point. I will provide a pdf of the circuit which has measures for placement of the holes.
