Build a 3D Prototype and sketches for a hygiene product -- 2

Design a prototype for a hygiene product and provide advice on materials to build the product. Multiple iterations may be required.
This project will start with:
1. sketches and 3D mockups
2. advice on materials (thinking medical grade silicon)
But will consider hiring a second time for ongoing work including:
3. advice on who may be able to manufacture the product.
4. Improvements on the final product
It will be a small capsule for containing fluid with the following specs:
1. Hold 20-30ml liquid
2. Allow liquid to flow freely from the outside into the capsule via holes in the top (I'm thinking a flexible mesh structure that has the ability to move when pressure is placed on it)
3. Have a collection reservoir in the bottom that can easily be detached without liquid spillage (I'm thinking screws off)- this may need to be constructed using a harder, durable non-reactive material
4. Have a loop at the bottom to attach a string
5. Cannot leak, must be able to contract slightly at the top and bottom. Should be a little bit bigger at the bottom.
