I require high level realistic 3D home illustrations. Examples are attached of the minimum standard required. If you cannot meet this standard, please don't apply for this job. Provide a price per illustration. You will be supplied either Revit files or pdf files of floor plans and elevations. We have 20+ illustrations to do but will trial 1 off illustrations to start with to prove your illustration quality prior to committing to bulk illustrations. Please present examples of your illustration portfolio especially architectural illustration, so we can see the quality of your works. Looking forward to establishing a long term relationship with a quality illustrator.

hi, thanks for putting this project on freelancer.com, i would like to offer my services for this project and would if you're reading this, thank you for the consideration. my price per one 3d model and exterior rendering is 400aud.. if you needed more renderings of the same unit it will be 50aud per additional angle. for a volume order of at least 10 or more on a single project. price would be brought down to 300aud per set. and 40aud per additional camera angle rendering. i cant attach a sample here but i can send it thru the recruiter. who can forward my sample rendering to you. thank you very much and thank you again for the time.
