Dear Sir/Madam, We are a small company in the Netherlands that provide real estate services to agents. We are growing and want to expand our services with: -3D Artist Impressions (interior & exterior). For example an empty room that needs a retouch (restyle) --> 3 exampes attached -Preferably a mix of styles we can choose from. We see this at our competitors --> see example attached. Do you provide any of these services. If so, i would like to have more information about: - Your working method for these services (including delivery time & corrections) - Prices. If it depends on the work could you please send me a before/after sample and the price for that work. So i know the price range. - Do you have some examples of your work quality? - Do you offer any other services that we perhaps could provide to our clients? We are small company but we are rapidly growing (international) and are looking for a long term partner with great price/quality ratio. Dear Sir, I am an architect with over five years experience in 3D modeling and photo realistic visualizations. Please check my freelancer portfolio for samples of my work, or my portfolio here : www.vxrstudio.com. My general price is 70 EUR per image, but if you ask for 10 or more renders of the same "scene" (one apartment for example), my price can go as low as 50-60 EUR per image(depending on model complexity). I offer one free correction per image. If additional corrections are needed, I can do them at 15-20 EUR per correction. I can send you a pdf file with my usual workflow with clients if you chose to discuss this further. I can provide about 10-15 images per week and if a project is urgent I can make 3 images in a 36 hour period (with an extra fee). Beeing an architect I can handle the design part of a project (interior or exterior). I only work with top of the line 3d software to ensure the quality of my work(3ds Max 2015 and VRay 3.0).
