Create a 2D character and animation

I'm wanting someone to create a basic 2D character from my head (photo) with cartoon body (professional female) with a few recorded animations (walking across screen, talking, using hand gestures, moving head, smiling, folding arms, pointing). Ongoing work may be needed to create more gestures. I will use these animations for importing into a program (imovie or similar) to create videos for my business. My skills are not technical, so needing someone who could do this in a program, like Crazyhead animator.
