Create 3D Animation With Sound FX

I'd like to create an animation of the below image with the name in the middle. I will provide two files, the high quality back ground of the camera lens and a separate psd file of the name that's added in the middle of the photo when we agree to do this project . The animation I'd l'm looking to create is for the video to start with a black background and then the picture of the camera suddenly gets created with flares, twists, turns, flashes etc.. then you see the camera lens try to focus and suddenly catches focus takes a snap shot where you see the flash and the name appears in the middle. That's the idea. Of course your creativity and professionalism is appreciated on how we can do this. I'd like too see some sample work as well.
