Create a concept drawing of a new building. 3d render showing the front of the building when viewed from the street and 1 floor plan (each floor plate is identical)\r\n\r\nI can provide a sketch of the building area and internal units layout.\r\n\r\nThe Building is 16 2 bed units over 4 floors with ground level being all parking.

The attachments show the building footprint and the property boundaries. The render is NOT of this building it is only included to show the style I would like to achieve for THIS project.

Please note I need the job completed by 10pm on Wednesday night - local time Brisbane Australia.
