Initial data will be consistent with the type of information specific to industry projects (i.e. it might be fuzzy or incomplete, with customer not necessarily knowing exactly what to expect, but very sensitive to deadlines and costs). You are expected to exercise judgment and initiative to complete the data by asking some targeted questions and making sensible assumptions. All steps in the development of the solution have to be documented and justified. A fair amount of literature search and critical review is expected. The Project is open-ended, any sound and elegant approaches being appropriately rewarded in the final mark. The report for the Project is like other format not much different, although significantly shorter and more targeted. Use Harvard referencing style. Look into the files which is shown the timeline of the project and the points that are required to mention them.
