SugarCRM Community Edition on AWS needs setup.

Wanted to use SugarCRM for the Immigration firm. We have already installed Fresh SugarCRM Community Edition instance in our AWS account. Different clients inquire about the Australian visa via website forms, google ads, email campaigns, Facebook forms and other sources which goes to Leads section of the CRM. Visa can be of different types. It can be • Visitor visa • Student visa • Skilled Graduate Visa • Work Visa • Skilled Visa • Business Visa • Partner visa • Other Visas STEP1/INQUIRY STAGE *FIRST NAME *LAST NAME *EMAIL PHONE *MOBILE DATE OF BIRTH ENGLISH LANGUAGE QUALIFICATIONS WORK EXPERIENCE IN AUSTRALIA WORK EXPERIENCE OUTSIDE AUSTRALIA AUSTRALIAN STUDY OTHER INFORMATION: One form link should be created to use at our website. For example, the client clicks on REGISTER WITH US button and it will take to this form and the client feeds the information into it. STEP2 / QUALIFY The staff will assess the case and communicate with them and if they are eligible they will qualify it and will add some more information. Points are calculated here and stored here if it is point based visa. Only Skilled visas and Business visas are point based visa and therefore just need one more TEXT BOX or something where they will write points. For example, the staff will note down in the text box/field: Age: 30 points Qualification: 15 points Work Experience: 15 points English: 10 points State Sponsorship: 10 points Australian Qualification: 5 points. Other visas, there are no points. EXTRA INFORMATION ADDED HERE: COMMUNITY LANGUAGE STUDY IN REGIONAL AREA PARTNER SKILLS PROFESSIONAL YEAR CLIENT REFERRED BY: (THIS ONE IS IMPORTANT AS WE PAY COMMISSION TO THE REFERRER OR OUR SUB AGENTS) STEP 3: LEAD/PROSPECTS BECOMES OUR CLIENT. If the client is eligible CASE IS CREATED HERE. If the client agrees our fees and becomes our client, the following will take place. AGREEMENT SENT IN PDF/WORD document by email now and the fees is decided. AGREEMENT IS VERY IMPORTANT and so I will like to know which staff has sent the agreement. FEES IS DECIDED IN INSTALMENTS ACCORDING TO VARIOUS STAGES OF THE CLIENT. Some visas will not have any stages. General Skilled Migration can have various stages such as Skills Assessment, Expression of Interest application, State Sponsorship application, Department of Immigration and Citizenship application. After all of these stages, visa is granted. However, this CRM is not only for the General Skilled Migration Visa, it will be used for various visas. FILE NOTES ARE CONTINUOSLY MAINTAINED HERE AS THE CASE PROGRESS WHICH IS VERY IMPORTANT. DOCUMENT ARE STORED IN ONE DRIVE AT THE MOMENT. ACCOUNTS ARE MAINTAINED as they keep on paying fees by instalment or in one go. Commission to be paid to our subordinates/referrals etc. are maintained here. Commission can be in percentage. Once commission is paid should we should have something to record it. OTHER THAN THIS NORMAL FEATURE OF SUGARCRM CAN BE IMPLEMENTED AND YOU CAN SUGGEST BETTER ON THIS.
