Hello, We want to be able to be able to set sugarCRM to retreive email box and create support demands and affect the right to the persons allowed to manage the reply. Following the demands, and having a status to folow it. Being able to convert contact in leads and affect this to someone else. May be this function exist already in sugar or a plugin.
