Strong ASP developer working from home

Immediate requirement for a freelance developer with very strong skills in ASP and SQL Server. Also good .NET and Access advantageous. And knowledge of Windows, IIS and website/email setup would help. All work can be from your own home or office, but will need to meet up initially and occasionally after that (South of England). My company delivers content managed websites for many sporting clients and we are looking for someone to oversee all development so I can focus more on new business. Development will revolve around our existing CMS, improving and publishing websites for new clients. Because the main CMS uses a single core administration system running on a dedicated server, all modifications are shared across clients. For the right person (a strong developer who loves development work and working from home) this is a great opportunity as a share of the ongoing fees for each new client are on offer - and I cannot keep up with them!
