Convert Microsoft Access database to Microsoft Dynamics 365

Have a sophisticated access database which calculates commissions for about 12 employees. We pull reports from current application and manually transfer numbers to access database. Access database calculates commissions and prints reports. Variables are service codes, customer codes, location codes, total of about 30 variable. Data is coming from a SQL based product. I am looking to rebuild calculation tool in Microsoft Dynamic CRM Online(O365). Ultimately data fields should receive data directly from SQL 2012 database. Prefer to get real-time data and have some options to manipulate data by date, time etc and also comparison reports eg current year and previous year. First milestone should involve scoping project and presenting plan of action and establishing timeline for project. We can decide on additional milestones after this first phase. Final deliverable must include detailed documentation on customization for reference for future programmers making modifications. Discovery call must be done with me through web conferencing and\or screenshare and I will not be able to release or send current application to freelancer until NDA has been signed and freelancer has accepted project. I am on Eastern Standard Time and work between 8am EST and 11pm EST.
