English/Spanish Real Estate Transaction Coordinator & Admin Assistant

I am in need of a bilingual English/Spanish Real Estate Transaction Coordinator & Admin Assistant to help with transaction coordination tasks. The ideal candidate must be fluent in both languages as it is a must for this role. I expect the assistant to work approximately 10-20 hours per week.

Skills and experience required:
- Fluent in both English and Spanish
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Knowledge of real estate transactions and processes
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
