I want to build a software for my company to use. We need a client and lead CRM system with options for client notes and call logs, scheduling etc. We also need to be able to sketch a project and scan equipment on and off a job upload and save docs etc.. All information should be able to be downloaded into a report upon job completion. We would also like to be able to use on a tablet and have separate users. We need to track equipment hours onsite, RH, Temp and other readings for insurance company, seperate by room maybe even sketch the room into the system. We also need to be able to capture signatures for all job documents and save job photos to the client. We want to be able to invoice and track payments or have a Quickbooks integration. Would like the calendar to integrate with Gsuite as well. I want to be able to create an estimate in the system, have the estimate convert to a technician scope without a price list and then upon completion of each Scope task, convert the line item to an invoice. Then the invoice can be sent to quickbooks for payment or the client for payment and synced with QB.
