I basically need someone to develop a website which generates viewers on Twitch . Specifically, a website with a script that can use multiple proxies to generate large amount of online viewers without actually watching the stream to reduce bandwidth usage as twitch only allows 10 viewers per I.P. If you understood what I am saying, please give me your offers. Also this is going to be an ongoing project for a long period of time so I need someone who is properly skilled. I have an example of a working website similar to what I want so that it can make your job easier.
