Convert Images so they are Readable

Hello, I have about 10,000 Image Files (JPG and PDF) Those files have various content like (company name and a lot of numbers) I need a system where; if i search for something in particular -- The software should search for that term within the file and show the file/files For example, see attached image == there is a number in the file 2772. In the folder there will be 10,000 jpg files (may be 10 of them will have this number 2772 in the file) -- so if i search for this, all 10 should show (basically the software must read the jpg, pdg, bmp etc....basically image files and pdf) It is like a business card scanner or something (kind of a software) I don't have a preference (you could give me a solution like -- a web related one or a desktop software or whatever--- but i need this sorted)
