I am seeking someone that can create an application over an android software that is already comes pre-built in a device. The device is an android tv dongle and if you do not know what that is you are not the individual or company I want to hire so do not bid on this project. Those that know exactly what this device is please let me know if this is possible and I will send you some information of what I would like the application that would be placed on top of the already pre-built software what I like it to do. Those with a good offer will be receiving a contract with me to continue working with my company.
