Write web GUI for https://github.com/staspika/python-klmast

I am an electrical engineer working for the Norwegian railways. I lead the development of a relatively simple program to calculate mechanical loads on overhead contact line poles (according to European regulations). The program itself is written in Python 3 (but Python 2-compliant). The code is available at [login to view URL] (the license is GPL 3). To start the program, the user is supposed to run the "[login to view URL]". At the moment, the GUI is written using Tkinter. Project goal: Write a web GUI for the program. It does not have to look exactly like the old one, as long as it provides similar functionality. At the moment we consider to use Django framework for the web GUI, but this is not required. Please provide a short description of how you would solve this problem together with your bid.
