Write some software

I need you to develop some software for me. I would like this software to be developed . I have a custom interior design workshop and cabinet workshop . I use exel program to cost projects. Especialy cabinets. I need a simple app that link to this costing module that would do following 1 when issue a quote it records (as inquiry ) 2 when such inq confirmed it trf to job record and creates job card And rawmaterial allocated. Stock module alarm if rm reach reorder level to specified user responsible for purchase . Credit purchases updated and also payments to creditors updated on event. 3 job cards are picked by manufacturing unit employees / users and put to their inbox. job card follow different stages of production, user add jobs to their bin and push finused jobs to next level. The next user accept after satisfy quality. 4 when Sales done cash module updated . Then the job records updated as finished. Every user involves in production credited with allocated job work fee for the finished item. 5 a dashboard show all this Should be simple. Android app and web interface good. I use xlapp to do this now. Even such simpler approach is ok subject to steady and stable use.
