Write some Software

Create a CV parser software. You should be able to create advance full detail CV parser, you should have or create very comprehensive keywords libraries, to be able to parse all the details from a CV to XML file with accuracy of %90 at least, ability of the software to parse info from whatever CV format, and file type (PDF, Word, Tiff, Jpeg..) all sections of the CV should be extracted by the software: 1- Personal Data: Name, Date of birth, Gender, Current Location, Nationality, Gender, Tel, Mobile number, email, marital status. 2- Work Experience: Last Job, Date started, Date ended, Position held, Employer name, Job Details. same for all earlier jobs separately. (Jobs details should be well structured in the appropriate fields. 3- Education History: Last earner Qualification, institute name, date started, date completed, details of course same for all earlier education history items too separately 4- Extracting photo from CV 5- extracting skills list 6- Industry. 7- years of experience. 8- data should be extracted to XML file keeping the original file and keeping both under same number or name. VERY IMPORTANT: (non-negotiable terms) : 1- This is just one mile stone project, no partial payment will be done till the full submission of the project and testing is successful as per the terms set above, if you don't agree to this term please don't bid, we don't want any uncompleted or unsatisfactory software. 2- we will have full ownership of the created software rights once we pay the agreed fees, and you may not re-sell it or share it to any other party or use it. 3- full libraries contents and source code should be provided in full and all data or information related to the software to enable our team full control and editing of the software and update whenever needed. 4- we will not accept any software unless it match the terms above in full and do the full functions as stated above without exception.
