Need a authentication stub for an Oauth 2.0 authentication from a Salesforce instance to a Salesforce instance.
Must have at most 1 connected app.
Must be able to support authentication against sandbox and production URLs.
Must be able to support custom namespaces.
The idea is that if a user installs an app they can authenticate REST api access against other Salesforce tenants.
