proper requirement is required to be understood to come up with the design. Here some of the queries:- -> do robot required to send coordinates instantly as soon as it acknowledges . if yes then may we have to separate out file reading functionality from sending part through a queue. where file reading thread could be reading line by line and putting the coordinates in queue. and consumer thread will be sending the coordinates to robot. if no , then it can be implemented in single thread where file stream is read when acknowledgement is received.
