Software for windows with database and updater from WEB folder for the execution of .EXE files with arguments

The software must have an initial form MDI where to choose X product, depending on the choice will be passed to a secondary form where the user data is loaded if it exists, and this data will be used as arguments for the execution of the .exe

Example

Once the EXE is started the program should verify that the exe is in execution, by means of the data capture that expels the API of the .EXE

And in case of certain variables occur restart the .EXE or restart the PC

The software should also have an option box where the

Start with windows

Run an EXE at startup

In the database will be saved certain variables of the users and others will be fixed.

Every 60 minutes an .EXE with fixed variables will run for 3 minutes in the background
