Hi there, it's an interesting project. As you noticed, the vba code into Excel is not able to handle huge amount of data. I suggest a console/winform application with c# using multithreads to optimize the use of the processors. This application will compare the Excel files and can create an output file with the final result. This application can have a progress bar to let you know how it goes while it's working.
