Develop c# software in Windows (OS integration)

I have a working software written in c# (works ok in command line). I need to integrate a Windows interface. Tasks will be: 1 - Application stays in the taskbar with right click pulldown menu 2 - Application listen to specific Windows folder (for example c:/myapp) and if there are changes (add file, delete file, change file name, change file size, etc...) runs part of the script that is already done (= script rescans folder) the previous are a TEST. Should be simple and will be a first payment for you. 3 - Application assigns to specific files specific overlay icons (script is ready but needs to be integrated and made working) 4 - Right Clicking on a specific file will show specific options (script is ready but needs to be integrated). 5 - more tasks... We will proceed one step at a time. The FIRST TASK will be 1+2. This is just to select the freelance for the job and this is a minimum. If you know what you are doing it will take 20 minutes or so. To apply for the job jus send me a video with the working application, sitting in the taskbar, detecting changes in a specific folder and if any setting some kind of "alarm". I will pay for the first task and we can then proceed.
