Develop Conversion Tool from KICAD (Position) Data to Specific Pick-and-Place Machine File

This Project is to close a workflow gap for PCB Mounting with a Pick-and-Place Machine. There is 2 larger Pieces involved #1 (ASCII) Data Transformation #2 Visually supporting Mapping of Components in KICAD to "Reels" (Components loaded into the machine) # Constraints: - Software should be developed in Python and not contain Proprietary Modules. - Copyrights of the Software will belong to me. The Software will be opensourced. - Software should run cross-platform (OSX, win, linux) or "hosted". User-Interaction and config tasks should be browser based. The KICAD Position Data (CSV, ASCII) needs to be converted to a Pick-and-Place machine Project File (ASCII File). Certain Fields needs to be transformed, added, changed for this. Also some fields needs to be converted (eg KICAD using a +360° Model, where the PnP Machine needs +90°/-90° Model). I attached a sample KICAD Position File. That is manually semi-enriched to another CSV (Intermediate CSV) and finally converted with a limited Vendor Tool and imported into the Machine. The Machine-Project File then needs to be further edited to map the used Components (from KICAD) to existing Reels installed in the Machine. This should happen visually supported (eg HTML). The "mapping process" is quite important and needs some flexibility. EG there is Data that only can be "produced" on the machine (eg adjusting offsets) and saved to the Machine-Project File. The Component (KICAD) to "Reel" (Machine) Mapping should have some parsing intelligence, to read component values from the File and auto-map it to loaded Reels.
