I need a system or script that can pick data (parameters) from a csv file or from excel and send it into a another application through web service (SOAP). The csv contains like 100,000 records, meaning this has to be done repeatedly like a loop 100,000 times. It as simple as that, no need of GUI. Just a script one can run and then get the task done. It is a one-off task. Thank you
