I got sound knowledge in this field. The strategy can be based out of few good algorithms I know, I will share them with you upon when you message me. But I need some advance in the begining, but if I am unable to do your project it is my promise that I will refund it. You need make an advance payment for 50%. and remaining 50% after delivery.
