LAMP and Java programmer to create custom interface for Opentaps Ofbiz ERP/CRM

I am looking for someone that can customize Opentaps ([login to view URL] previously Ofbiz)), I need to migrate several fields from another ERP application. Developer should have complete knowledge of LAMP + Java on Linux. The attached photo describes the business model. Currently we have all of the items below that the business uses, but they are built using separate products that do not communicate well: * ERP inventory management and accounting system (closed source) * E-Commerce dealer portal (closed source) * CRM (closed source) * Asterisk open source PBX The goal is to "open" everything up and unify communication and hopefully under 1 or 2 open source platforms. This will make supporting dealers easier - whether it is via the dealer web portal, or over the phone, and it will make building new dealer partnerships easier, and finally future modifications or extensions to the software should be simplified. I also need 1 of 2 things: 1. Integrate with existing custom ecommerce website built around MS VFP (Foxpro) 2. Or abandon previous ecommerce system and simulate all features in Opentaps or Magento. The ecommerce site is for dealers only to login and place orders, check history, check end user accounts, there are no publicly advertised products, products are only offered to authenticated users. This is probably a 2-3 month project, with around 300-600 hours of development. I will upload some images of the current product showing the needed fields in the next 2 days.
