We require a strategy to design, build and deploy a corporate intranet portal using Microsoft SharePoint which is an integrated suite in office 365 that provide the next generation of streamlined communication and collaboration for users so they can explore the following capabilities; Manage content and process through workflow • Improve business insights through its business intelligence features • Simplify internal & external collaboration through blogs, meeting and documents workspace • Central information/document repository that helps organization store and maintain information consistency. Implementing SharePoint will also enforce a paperless environment and mandate corporate users to use a centralized storage location for the safekeeping of company's data. Set-up of departmental and team top level folders II. Document permission control Ill. Collaboration • Business process automation I. Generation of process documentation/flowchart diagram II. Integration of the process with Exchange server for email sending and active domain for user authentication V. Conduct of User Acceptance Test (UAT) on the requisition process.
