We have a few ad campaigns running with large ad budgets in the 5-figure/month ranges. Do not apply if you are bad at SEO and PPC. You will get no pay and have a bad review! You are warned. Moving on, I'm looking to hire someone to first provide an analysis of our Google Adwords PPC campaigns (NDA needed) and let us know what changes you would make. All projects moving forward will be fixed with the budget and scope of work agreed upon with further discussion. I need someone who understands good marketing strategy, competitor research, and understands the buyer intent behind certain keywords. We have search ads running but want to add display ads, remarketing, export + optimize for Bing ads, do some on-page SEO (make location specific pages for 50+ cities), Local SEO directory audit/cleanup/making new directories, and so on. I will guide you on most of the strategy but need someone with a team to execute with guidance from myself. Effective and clear communication is important as there have been issues in the past with other providers who say they understand and do something completely different. I am knowledgeable in online marketing and have been consulting for clients for some time. I have worked with freelance workers overseas for many years and appreciate those who work SMART to get the job done and then some. I'm looking for someone who is smart and also has the support of a team to assist with data-entry tasks for bulk Adwords campaign creation. This is more to train and work with some new freelancers to see their quality of work. Speaking of which, I am going to do some grilling to test your ability and knowledge just to be sure you know more than I do and that the work exceeds average standards. We like to see (using an example of an industry with average CPC of $25 USD) CTR 5% Conversion rate 10% CPA: $80-$120 English is a must. If you type slow and don't communicate well in English you won't get the job so don't apply.
