100 PR4+ permanent backlinks

We require 100 PR4+ permanent static backlinks. Niche - hyip, investing, finance. Please carefully read REQUIREMENTS before bidding: - Links must be do-follow static HTML, strictly from Google PR4+ pages, no 301-302 redirects, no cloaking, no script, no framed pages. - Links must be only from hyip/investing/finance related sites. - Links must be permanent. You agree to replace any links which are removed within 6 months after placement. - Links must be visible, readable, indexable by Google. - The page must not contain more than 30 outbound links. - Link page must already be indexed and cached by Google. - One link per second-level domain, one link for Class-C IP. - At least 20 backlinks must be PR5. - We will provide text for all the backlinks (some_text + anchor_text + some_text). some_text - 3 words max. - Max 5 links per day (Important!). NOT ALLOWED: - No black hat tactics. - No links from rel="nofollow" or "noindex" tag for pages themselves and for anchor text. - No link from: torrent sites, file sharing forums, guest books, classifieds, dynamic links, link farms, link-exchange programs, directories, articles submission, under construction pages, Free For All websites, hacker, pharmacy, illegal, pornographic or black hat sites. - No java links, jump scripts, framed pages, redirects, cloaking, CSS redirects, 301 redirects, dynamic links, flash sites/pages, hidden links, no string parameters, session ID's, etc. - No blog comment spamming, no ping, no links within newsgroups. - No exchange programs, web rings, rented links, FFA sites. REPORTING: Daily spreadsheet should be provided after every 5 back links created with the following information: - URLs of pages where we can find the live links (all links will be tested) - Anchor text used - dates when posted - Google PR of the link page - IP of link page NO upfront payment, NO MILESTONES!
