Program install shield to install exe program and com driver

I need to have made a simple install shield. I have an exe program and also a driver for undoes ch340 driver. I need the installer to update the users driver or install it if they don’t have it. Then install my exe l program. I have a graphic to add to the installer also for the user to see while they wait for the install to complete. It would be best if this works on windows 7 and up as my program does . I also would like to have an iOS version of the instal program made as well I am looking to have this done in the next 3-5 days I would like it if it does not always give the virus warning on windows so that it functions safe and easy for the user to use and install.
