I'm starting a new website that is has similar functions to [url removed, login to view] except that it aimed at a much more younger crowd. I'm looking for someone design a very eye-catching, fun and attractive design plus integrating a CMS that works with the design. I assume that it's going to be either wordpress or textpattern. I like big, bold, and bright colors and fancy navigation bars. (no flash required).
