$500-5000 USD

Paid on delivery
I have a very specific vision for my mobile app. I can provide further detailed description with design screenshots to the winning bidder. Please don't bid unless you feel you can comfortably meet the four most important aspects of this project: 1. The ability to have the app scan UPC and QR barcodes 2. Ability to set up the app to load personalized data to a website 3. Familiarity with and ability to create an app that's both iOS and Android friendly 4. The ability to make in-app purchases I am considering having the app made in Corona SDK, so if you feel this would facilitate your coding efforts and you can code in LUA then I am happy to set up an account there (or at a similar platform) for this project. The deliverable must meet at minimum the four requirements above, but does go more in depth, so please be very familiar with mobile app programming. I pay bonuses for good work.
