We are looking for a resource to assist with a short term project (estimate of 2 weeks) to integrate Salesforce into a telephony system via the Sales Forces Call Centre module.
We need a person that is experienced in building Salesforce apps and ideally working with the Call Centre module.
We have an existing REST api that provides the necessary hooks into the phone system, so the work is solely on the saleforce side.
As part of the project we are looking for a knowledge transfer on working with salesforce so we expect a chunk of the work to be done via pair programming using a remote session.
As such you will need a reasonable internet connection.
Start is asap. Work needs to be completed by 20th of Dec.
