Gemco is looking for independent sales specialists willing to work on a pure commission basis to develop a customer base in the flight school, and independent owner market. Gemco is able to provide all reps with a list of applicable flights schools with emails, phone numbers, addresses, and some contact information. The majority of work will be with cold clients. Sales reps will be responsible for selling individuals and corporations our Overhaul Savings program. Commission will be based off of the initial enrollment fee, and will average around $75 for every sale closed. Gemco predicts the potential market to consist of approximately 4000 flight schools, and an additional 100,000 privately owned aircraft.
