Telephonic market research USA only

We want to conduct a market research at Procurement Managers/Director Procurement/VP Procurement/Chief Procurement Officers in USA, and ask them a set of 10 questions over the call. It will take approx 3-4 mins. per call. You will need to record the conversation as well. We need someone that is flulent in english. A complete survey will be considered only if the contact has answered all the questions. You will be paid only for completed number of surveys. You can build your own list after certain criterias that will be shared with you (min. number of employees and type of business). You'll need to present this before starting. We can also add some business to the list. We need a total of 30 responses, as soon as possible, and before May 20. The Surveys must be filled out in a survey monkey questionnaire.
