-COLLECTING ALL MONEY AND KEEPING TRACK
-MARKETING to schools (going to all Schools2:30 PM-shopping malls and giving out flyers to clients in person)
-SOCIAL MEDIA- INSTAGRAM, TWIT, FB, (posting 2-3 times a week) on each
-SOME COMPUTER GRAPHICS
-CALLS TO CLIENTS
-PRINTING AND COLLECTING GOOGLE FORMS
-PROGRAM BOOK ORGANIZING-40 PAGES to give to graphic designer
-SEND PHOTOS TO GRAPHIC PERSON AND SHOP by DEADLINES
-COLLECTING PHOTOS AND PHRASES FROM PARENTS BY DEADLINES
-PICKING UP BOOKS BY SHOWDAY
-RUN AND ORGANIZE PARENT MEETINGS
-BEING AT THEATRE EACH DAY DURING TECH

-TAKE A PHOTO OF EACH PERSON ACTOR FOR REGISTRATION FORM
-ORGANIZE ALL VOLUNTEERS AND FIND A HEAD PARENT TO
-VOLUNTEER ALL OTHER PARENTS ON SHOW DAYS AND TECH WEEK
-MONDAY APRIL 25TH IS LOAD IN DAY
-MAY 2ND AND 3RD WRAP UP ALL PAPERWORK AND SPONSOR INFO
-BE SURE ALL DETAILS ARE COMPLETE
-CONFIRM /FOLLOW UP!
