The individual in this role is responsible for pursuing new prospects, selling MK's Employment Solutions full services and responding to Sales opportunities. Generate leads, first meetings and proposals by networking, cold calling and developing relationships with good lead sources. You will also be responsible for:
Work with Manager to develop personalized targeting strategy and prospect lists.
Work closely with other departments including Sales, Recruiting, Finance, Marketing & Operations to execute personal marketing campaigns and events as needed.
Develop and nurture personal network.
Develop compelling proposals and responses to objections that lead to closed business.
Understand prospect's unique needs and clearly communicate how MK is uniquely able to address them.
