We have 2 e-Commerce shops in New Zealand and UK. Looking for chat + phone support assistant. Before bidding make sure timezone is suitable for you for both countries.
New Zealand - 9 AM 8 PM
UK - 10 AM - 7 PM
Working time - 7 days a week.
Working requirement - just be on the computer, no matter where you are, you can do this combining with other freelance jobs.
- Give detailed information about product (how it works, specifics, recommendations)
- Provide shipping, returns and other terms and condition information.
- Be able effectively provide this information via phone.
- Sales (telemarket) skills are required to be able sell product.
- Excellent English language command - easily understand New Zealand and UK accent.
Work volume - Totally 3-5 chat requests daily - totally - 15-20 minutes
Phone calls - 3-5 phone calls daily - average call duration 3-5 miuntes. - 20 minutes totally.
Calls will be forwarded to your mobile phone.
Monthly for chat fixed price - 120 USD. (as volume is very low)
For phone calls - 5 USD per call only for products which will get sold.
Note - all callers are 90% buyers, they need proper information to make a decision to buy.
1-2 days training will be required. (5-6 hours) before you can take this job.
