I need some help with selling infrastructure management services. Inside Sales and lead generation is being implemented. Performance based compensation over and above hourly pay. Some cold calling will be required, attention to detail is a must. Hourly pay based on hours logged on the phone and within CRM. Commission paid on closed sales based on a rolling revenue sharing plan.
