Hiring: Research Moderator & Recruiter, UK

The user researcher team at Yara is currently hiring a Research Moderator & Recruiter in UK. We would like to have the candidates lined up and ready to work by August. We are looking into contacts in the region that we can reach out to when the project comes. There is no confirmed project to recruit for as of now.   Please see attached Job Description (JD) for more information. Responsibilities: Key role: Assist Yara’s Researcher in research execution Conducting user research – interviews, focus groups, usability testing, surveys Contacting and securing users for user interview/surveys Travel to users for face-to-face interviews or usability testing or surveys Provide summary of insights and debrief on each research session conducted Collaborate with UX Researchers in building the final research report Required Profile: At least 3 years of experience in conducting research interviews At least 2 years of experience in recruiting research participants and arranging research logistics Must be proficient in English and the local language where they’re located in Ability to plan logistics that includes arranging interviews with the users About Crop and Digital Solutions: Yara aims to be the crop nutrition company for the future and is leading the development of sustainable agriculture and digital tools to contribute to solving global agricultural challenges.
